You may NOT purchase without verification from our Onboarding Coordinator. You MUST fill out the Nurse Inquiry Form with your information. Once your credentials have been verified by our Onboarding Coordinator you will be given all of the Onboarding information and you will then sign up for time for your onboarding session.
